Elaine is great. I purchased my first home, a rather old home on acreage. She knows a lot about home construction and pointed out several things I needed to be aware of. Terrific is an understatement! Elaine spent a lot of time getting to know my house as well as I did! Once we had an acceptable offer, she was right there every step of the way keeping me informed as well as keeping the lender, appraiser and inspector on task. Unfortunately we were 5 days from the auction block when I called Elaine. She went right to work, staved off the lender and sold our home in 5 days. Elaine did an excellent job of marketing, we had 27 offers! She even negotiated a 4 month rent back AND we got our $90,000 in equity we were about to lose. My parents came from Idaho where a 4 bedroom house sold for $70,000! We needed to find them a first floor condo where they would be happy and safe.
